Overview All Hannah Russell Art prints are produced on demand by our trusted print fulfillment partner and shipped directly to you. As each piece is made to order, please allow additional time for production before dispatch.

Production Time All orders require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to Australia

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available)

International Shipping (US, UK & EU)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Delivery times are estimates only. Hannah Russell Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at hannahrusselldesign@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
