This little painting remains one of my favourites to date, and kicked off my ‘She Surfs Vintage Collection 1’. I love the vibe of vintage style swimwear - classic, stylish, feminine and beautiful. Cornflower blue sky, lilac swimming costume and sun-kissed skin, blues and greens side by side for the water (I love blue and green together!); the concentration on the face of the surfer, the delicate, precarious pose captured in a moment in time - I hope you love ‘Lilac Sliding’ as much as I do! 

Printed on archival, museum-grade smooth matte fine art paper using archival Epson inks.
